This policy explains what Secatix collects when you contact us, how we use it, and what rights you have. It is deliberately short because the form is the only place we collect personal data on this site.
Information we collect
Only what you volunteer through the quote form:
- Name
- Work email address
- Company name
- Any scope details, timeline or budget you include in your message
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts or advertising pixels on this site.
How we use your information
To answer your quote request and follow up on the service inquiry you submitted. That is the only purpose. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Data storage and security
Submissions are stored in our business email and CRM, access limited to the team members handling your request. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect them. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, and we will be honest about that rather than promise otherwise.
Retention
If we do not enter an engagement, we delete your submission within 90 days. If we do work together, scope-related correspondence is retained for the duration of the engagement plus any period required by our professional liability insurance.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@secatix.com and we will action it within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle quote submissions will also be announced on the contact page.
